HiddifySales ("Company", "we", "our") is the owner and operator of the HiddifySales service. By using HiddifySales websites, apps, and related services, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect
We follow a strict no-logs policy: we do not store browsing history, VPN traffic logs, DNS queries, or traffic content. To keep the service secure and stable, we may process limited technical data such as connection status, selected server location, country, ISP, device model, OS/app version, and diagnostic events (errors, crashes, performance). This data is anonymized and is not tied to a specific VPN session.
2. Account and subscription data
An account may be optional, but if you register, we may request your email for login, recovery, service notifications, and support. When you purchase a subscription, we may process email, plan details, payment status, and transaction metadata (currency, invoice ID, renewal state). HiddifySales does not process or store payment card details.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, provide core site functionality, measure performance, and improve usability. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect service functionality.
4. How we use data
We use data only to operate the service: authentication and subscription checks, fraud and abuse prevention, diagnostics and stability improvements, support processing, feature development, and legal compliance.

HiddifySales may use carefully selected third-party providers for analytics, anti-fraud, support, and payment processing (including Stripe, Airwallex, Payssion, v5pay, Firebase, Adjust, Zendesk, and others). These providers do not receive VPN traffic logs or the content of your online activity.
7. Data protection
We apply technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption, access controls, isolated storage, security monitoring, and periodic audits. Access to data is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
8. Retention and deletion
Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymized. If an account is deleted, related data is removed unless retention is required by law (for example, tax or accounting obligations).
9. User rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for marketing communications. We may request identity verification before processing such requests.
